Most amazing hotel experience ever ! Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The entire hotel is dog friendly in a major way. Treats at front desk. Everything was immaculate. The indoor/outdoor pool was a hit with my kid. Swim under a partial wall and your outside. Breakfast was top notch. Omelet and waffle bar as well as a huge buffet. Our new favorite place.

This rather large hotel was just in town. The rooms were nice and cozy with nice water pressure. Parking was easy, lobby was very nice. Very few towels were given and our beds were were not made. Just clean towels dropped off. But dirty ones remained uncollected. I guess one has to request service. Breakfast was included. Coffee in the lobby was not so tasty. Overall nice hotel.

The restaurant is closed except for the free breakfast which was very good. But inconvenient when planning to eat close. The room we were in was in VERY poor shape. The coffee table was literally falling apart and it almost calapsed when we moved it for the sleeper sofa to come out. Sleeper sofa was pretty poor quality as well. Holes in the walls and beat up floor. This place was probably top notch when first built but little to no maintenance has been done since. Pool area want much different. Great indoor outdoor pool but the area around it was so covered in debris and trash we opted to eat in our room. The parking was very convenient. The staff was helpful and friendly. Except the first night when I called for sheets and pillows for the sleeper sofa. They told us they might be able to find us one pillow until I asked how we were supposed to put the kids down. Then they delivered us some bedding very quickly. Not folded but seemed clean. But overall very friendly and want to be helpful.

3 star hotel lobby with 1 star rooms. Walking into the room you could notice the musty smell. The bathroom sink and tub had been left slightly running. Floor tile and sync was stained, see pictures. Walls pretty thin, could hear other toilets flushing and people walking above. We had a 2 night stay booked but decided to only stay a night and take a loss on the 2nd night. The rooms clearly show their age. On the positive side: The free breakfast looked good, but didn't have enough time to sit down and try it out. Pool wasn't super clean but the indoor/ outdoor design was fun. Front desk employees very friendly. Cheap parking

Can you send me a receipt for when I was charged and did not stay? I would really like to know what I paid for since I believe the room was canceled.
