I am always grateful for food banks, but I don't feel that I need to accept snotty attitudes from the volunteers. The lady in charge was yelling and micromanaging. Two volunteers inside making boxes saw a young man standing by the window and in a snotty tone asks, "are you standing in here for a REASON?" Not acceptable.
