I wanted to Give Kudos to (sorry forgot her name Diane? Debbie? ). The woman working the phone at the La Pine office. What a great standard she set, after yet another screw up in pick up/delivery because of my complicated name , she swooped in and handled it like a pro, she is an excellent communicator, she researched until she figured out what happened and then promptly fixed it. Norco NEEDS more employees like her! Amazing service, on an extremely busy day at that. And she handled it with ease!

We don’t do repairs at our La Pine location but can do some at the Norco in Bend. If repairs are possible, the cost would depend on the equipment, the parts and the repairs needed. Why don’t you give us a call at 541-383-9071 and we can discuss your needs?

I don't know for sure. The customer service in la pine, is non-existent !!! I know that they're delivery vehicle is always Broke down, i went to the la pine location had to knock on the locked door and then that didn't work so I had to call Bend who called down here to Lapine and had somebody come open the door only to shut it back right in my face and lockk it and tell me she had to make a phone call before she can figure out if she could help me or not and I've been a customer there for over a year so I don't know how it will go for you hopefully a lot better than it did for me or should I say it does for me
