The management is horrendous, the lease you sign disregards inhabitant protection regulations, upkeep requires a long time to fix even a fixture. AC's are constantly broken. Inhabitants couldn't care less about adhering to the guidelines and the entire complex are inadequately kept up with. Help yourself out keep away from The Palms at Vero Beach. You have been cautioned. Plus they have some real creepy maintenance personal that they change every 3 months. They have access to your home key at anytime and can make duplicate copies. NOT GOOD!

I've been living here since 2014 and all of the managers have been horrible. Nothing ever gets done I still have a refrigerator that has been broken for over a year now. We have no lights in the front of our building, stains on the ceiling that they promised they would fix and it never got to it. And the pool has been closed for at least 4 years now. There's always trash everywhere. The ONLY person who was good at their job was Victoria. She was the assistant manager here when Ralph was in charge. She the the ONLY ONE who did her job and cared about the residents. Instead of hiring people that don't do anything they need to hire Victoria back and put her in charge. Maybe then things will get better here.

I have lived here for five years and the last three living here have been terrible. Inexperienced maintenance employees, when you can get them to come out and fix anything. Need new management they have a bad attitude (except the girl at the front desk) the other only care about collecting rent and don’t want fix requested maintenance issues. The community need to be renovated it’s patched up and painted over for years. If everyone did there job in that office the place won’t look so run down. The pool have been under repair for at least three years. And months later after writing this review, nothing has been fixed except the oven grill, the other things I had to try and fix myself. When they clearly have a inexperienced maintenance crew for these issues, but they ignore the work orders..
