Terrible place to live. Manager will Cunningham refused to fix any problems in apt. Water leaks from air conditioning, mold in bathroom and kitchen sink leak from broken garbage disposal and more...Police at complex many times. I had to take owner to court, to get my security deposit back. I won. Beware you were warned.

Okay neighborhood, too high of expectations on accepted credible income... As long as you make more than rent costs monthly, to cover living expenses. You shouldn't have to make literally 3x the monthly rent or more. But not only that, but I was also informed that there was an extremely large waiting list... Like 6 months +... End of the line on the list is normally about 18 months down the road.

No idea how this has apartment complex has 3.7 stars. Management horrible and cheap and maintenance is practically non existent. Drive through the complex and see how it looks for yourself. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.
