We recently moved into The Reserve at Vero Beach. So far I have many great things to say. The apartment is by far the quietest we have experienced. The management & maintenance staff are on there A game. Jennifer, Kimberly & Veronica have been so kind and extremely helpful in the application and move-in process. For any small accommodations we requested such as increasing the water temperature, maintenance was at our door within the hour.

We looked at so many apartments in Port St. Lucie, and Vero Beach but chose to wait for an availability at The Reserve on their waitlist in beautiful Vero Beach. We are hoping we can move-in by the summer. We ran into several people at the Vero Beach dog park who highly recommended it. They were right as the model home is gorgeous and tons of storage and closets, beautiful grounds, pool, lake and location to shopping and I-95 were top reasons and the friendliest office staff we have ever met. We hope it won't take too long, but we are fortunate staying with family until we can move. We can't wait to move to The Reserve! We know our dog will love it too with the scenic walking path around the lake.
