Our stay was uneventful, which is a good thing. So, that is to say, it was pleasant. The accommodations are clean and nice. The beds were comfortable enough (nothing is ever as comfortable as your own bed IMHO) and the room layout was spacious and efficient. The daytime front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have any interaction with the evening staff, so I can't comment on them. The breakfast was ok, but I've had plenty of others that were better stocked with a larger selection. I know it's a free breakfast, but so were the others that had more selections. Overall, it was a nice hotel for the night and I'd stay there again, even if the breakfast is a little lackluster. 😁

Low score due to price gouging. On a recent business trip serving local small businesses, I got stuck with a one night room fee that was triple the normal rate ($600). I had to be in Steamboat at that time because of client needs. I followed up three times to request an adjustment since I am a Hilton member and I am in Steamboat often, but no one returned my call. Staff is nice, facility is nice, but disappointed on how this hotel prices things, and concerned as it is now the only Hilton property in Steamboat Springs. UPDATE ON 21 June 2022 - I do not normally rant or post reviews, but frustrated. Going back to Steamboat Springs in 2 weeks, same problem only double normal rate instead of triple. Hotel employees say there is nothing they can do. Interestingly, their response to my online comments generated an email to use a link to get in touch as if they have a corrective action, but when I call them directly, no help. There are many places to stay in this area and they don't price gouge. This hotel seems OK with this pricing approach. Shame on the local owner for taking this stance. Suggest staying away from this particular Hilton property.

We had an excellent time at this hotel this past weekend. We were in town for a youth baseball tourney. The front desk supervisor - Kate - was extremely kind and helpful in helping us manage things during our stay, also very sweet to our dog that we brought with us. She assisted us with using their kitchen oven to bake pizzas etc. Another gentleman who worked the front desk (from Australia) was also very helpful and nice in assisting us with the laundry svcs. The room was clean, very nice roomy suite with a kitchen. The game room (foosball/ping pong) was very well maintained (didn't use the pool or hot tub but walking by it, it looked like in good shape also). You also get a nice breakfast and the coffee/tea bar is well stocked. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff.

We enjoyed our stay here ! The staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel was super clean , we saw the hallways and counters getting cleaned multiple times a day. Breakfast was great for a complimentary breakfast. Views outside the hotel are phenomenal. Would love to stay again someday
