Very nice Hampton, got room with fireplace. Unfortunately, was inside the stairwell so very noisy and also not enough room to have expected refrigerator and microwave. I would stay here again, I'd just make sure to get a regular room with regular amenities.

Nice friendly staff, enjoyed the stay and appreciated breakfast being readily available. Room was quiet and comfortable. An unusual hotel layout for rooms on the 3rd floor - there is an individual stairwell for each room-- no elevator. It was hard to climb the additional flight of stairs to get to the room after a long day of hiking. Not a major problem just something to be aware of.

For the price, not worth it! Bathroom smelled bad and had hairs on the floor and toilet seat. The bathroom floor was wet like someone had just showered before I got there. My room #128 was right under the lobby. At 5:50 a.m. I was woken up by footsteps above my head. For 30 mins I listened to someone walking back and forth on hardwood floors with loud dress shoes. The hotel is not clean, it is old and the carpets looks like they’ve never been changed out since it first opened. In the parking lot someone was rebuilding a vehicle. Like they had been living in the hotel for a while and was using the parking lot to work on their car. Even the parking lot felt junky. For the price of the room, $191 a night, I expected at least a clean room that also smelled clean and the feeling of a nice hotel stay in Steamboat Springs.

Would stay again. Front desk management and personnel are super nice and helpful. Breakfast is decent. The cookies in the evening are delicious. I think I ate too many. The hot tubs are hot and very relaxing. Location is great. Shuttle to slopes is timely and frequent. My only complaint is beds could be a bit softer. The pillows are great though.
