Would’ve been 4 or 5 stars if there were different owners. The lady that answered the phone and runs the campsite was not the nicest—was very short and rude to me on the phone and was incredibly rude to my boyfriend’s mother. the campsite itself isn’t bad for $50/night, but pricing could be better since there aren’t many amenities. Tried calling multiple times within the past month—it was about the 6th time we called that they actually answered. Customer service DEFINITELY needs to be improved—you can’t run something like an RV park and be rude to people, and it’s evident that they don’t care that people have complained about their customer service and how they talk to people. Will be staying at KOA next time.

Great rv park 6 miles out of town of Steamboat Springs. Gravel road so be courtesy and drive slow. The host was friendly and accommodating because we didn't have a reservation they were able to fit us in. All sites are pull through with Aspen between your neighbors. Clean bathrooms and paid showers. Wifi was weak but enough to send text and pictures. We'd stay again.

Very quite and peaceful & and beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains. The RV hosts are super friendly. FHU (full hookups). Wide & long gravel RV spots. About 15 mins from downtown.
