Every motel in town was fully booked. This place had the last room in town. Owner was very friendly at check in. Room was dated but worked just fine.

Considered this place to spend the night on a trip. The outside was dirty and poorly maintained. The owner would not allow me to even see a room without checking in. From my experience he was accurate that his motel was likely the least expensive in town though. I chose to leave .. and look for other options. I am pleased with that choice

Great price and location for short-term stay. Very dusty with dated furniture. Had lots of cobwebs, Spiders and bugs in my room. Took me about 3 hours to disinfect my room/furniture and settle down. Woke up with bug bites in the morning. You get what you pay for or not.
