UPS is garbage as a shipping service, and so is this store. Packages always, missing, broken, etc., and no one helps you. Lazy staff direct you to hobo-calls where you waste your time going around in circles and there is not a single human with the intelligence to help you find your shipment that UPS waylaid in the first place. UPS is total garbage and doesn't care about their customers.

Multiple items being returned using this store are NOT getting to their destination. I waited several weeks thinking I just needed to give it more time due to COVID-19 but nothing. This has happened SEVERAL times . Makes you wonder if employees have sticky fingers?
