GET A DROP OFF RECEIPT OR DON’T COME. Packages 'go missing' from this location. I dropped off a package at this store on May 17th and it was never once scanned. It never even received a preliminary drop-off scan. I handed the package directly to a clerk around 10:30am that morning and it disappeared off the face of the earth. It never received one, single tracking update. Someone at this store, presumably the manager, Chris, or the owner, his brother, Eric, are stealing packages. Either that or they know about it and would rather stonewall you instead of helping. Read the reviews - I am not the only person who has had this happen at this particular store. There is even a review from someone claiming to be a former employee saying they steal packages as well. After waiting patiently for the tracking information to update, I visited the store on May 19th to inquire. Chris told me he would call his brother, Eric, the owner, who was in the store that morning to ‘look into it.' After a few hours, I visited the store that evening and spoke with Chris again. I told him that all I needed was proof of drop off. Because he was ‘unable’ to provide a drop-off receipt, I suggested he look at the security camera footage and show me a still image of me dropping the package off. Again, I explained that all I wanted was proof of drop-off. A still image from security footage would have worked. But he was unwilling. Why would he be unwilling to provide me with an image of me dropping the package off? Unless there was something to hide? Where could my package possibly have gone? If I hand it directly to a clerk and it never once receives a scan, what could have happened to it? On the small chance packages are not being stolen here - they are most certainly negligent in their duties to properly scan and account for packages. Do not test your luck by visiting this location. Beware: Eric and Chris own at least this and the Brookside location (store 4784). Don’t visit them. Do not hand your packages to their negligent or sticky fingers. Save yourself hundreds of dollars and a headache by going elsewhere - The stores in Mission, Prairie Village, and Downtown KC all have different ownership. I came into this location with 10+ packages, Josue helped me ship them out. He made the process super quick and easy! The two people working that day were absolute sweethearts!

Always a line, always at least one employee not working but watching the line, always boxes to step over - if you can get one of three parking spaces outside. “Ken” refused to serve me today - as well as giving an obviously fictitious name. Done with that awful locale. Whole Foods is a MUCH better option. Two blocks away, LOTS of parking, clean and excellent service, immediate drop off.

Uncooperative, rude, arrogant. I have used this store infrequently for many years. Prior to this most recent visit I was always treated courteously and felt that I received reasonable, though never stellar, service. I noticed another poor review in which a doctor who described himself as a “minority” felt he had experienced discrimination based on race. Well, I’m not certain if the rudeness I experienced was based on gender, age or bad employee training. Bottom line: rudeness and/or discrimination of any sort are unacceptable. Although I like the easy parking option available in the lot next door, I will avoid this store in the future. There are other options available to me. I will choose civility. My business will go to those who appreciate it. The owner may be unaware of the behavior taking place in his absence. Hopefully, he checks the reviews and either makes some personnel changes or conducts new training.
