I turned in a XPS 13 2 in 1 laptop to ship to my Niece on July 6th 11:50 am (scan: In Fedex Possesion, Tendered at Fedex location), from this center. I have their receipt. Right from 11:56 am scan (shipping information sent to Fedex), the laptop vanished/evaporated from the center. Obviously, they stole the laptop, but they deny it. They are liar, they are thieves,

The male with purple hair refused to accept a package that I had already paid for online with correct dimensions and weight. He said it was too large to accept. I ended up taking it to another FedEx location in Gladstone and they scanned the package, handed me a receipt and said “have a nice day!”. This leads me to believe the worker at the Westport location is too lazy to handle anything over 100lbs.

first off. the parking lot was closed due to construction on the corner. (nowhere near the parking entrance.) when I walked in there was a chime yo let the girl know I was there. she ignored me while she printed something for someone else. (who she was not near or talking to) I was starting to get impatient so I started watching my watch... 11minutes passed before she Acknowledged that I was there. I have a small bubble mailer. 8"x8" weigh about 6oz she needed my ID before she could even start to type in a shipping address.... weird. but ok. so we do that. and my phone number. probably standard. then the shipping address. and then she wants there phone number. odd... I mean a lot of times I don't know the person's phone number is shipping to. today I did it's my mom. they only have 1 shipping option. and it's OVER $10.... the package cost me less to buy then to ship. I said no thank you. after all the time I waisted. getting back around to my car and construction the post office will be open. I only came here because there open 30mins earlier. but at that highway robbery price. I'll be sticking with the ups store on the plaza. it was very clean. and nice inside. (as it should be seeing as it's been open less than a week)
