The delivery truck driver does not listen to instructions very well. Told the delivery online to deliver at 5:45pm due to working 10 hours a day and they didn't read it and delivered while I was at work. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. Then the driver did not listen to the receptionist order to keep it at the facility and attempted to deliver it again. Very upset

Heavy set (light skin, balding) fellow at the front desk is extremely unapproachable and aloof. Never welcomes customers, nor reply’s to “thank you”. It’s almost like we are a burden for him. I’ve notice all employees who work from desk quickly come from the back office when they hear a customer walk in, EXCEPT for him. Perhaps this gentleman should be assigned to work in a different area, and away from paying customers. It’s extremely frustrating when we have to wait until every time we walk in. It seems like every time he’s there I’m waiting 3-4 minutes before he lazily drags himself out, with no greeting, and looks disturbed and angry. I regret coming every time I see him.

They lost my package. My tracking number shows that it never left their location. No investigation, no follow up with me. Their response was as though it never happened.
