Friday was my first day bringing my grand daughter to this new clinic where Dr T” move to! The young man was rude and unprofessional! Today” I took her back to see Dr T” the young lady was rude, her phone was more important than getting us checked in! The front desks workers are rude and unprofessional, the young man was rude, On Friday and lied and told me Dr T couldn’t see my grand baby! Are talk with me! Today, when I spoke with her she didn’t know we were even their!! I have NEVER Experience this type of behavior when Dr T” had her own office!! I Hate she doesn’t have her own office! As much as Myself and my daughter love and admire Dr T” we will be looking for another pediatrician! It’s ridiculous Dr T” is an Amazing Doctor and takes good care of my grand baby has been for the last 2 years! They need to find better front desk clerks!!

The worst place ever!! Its so hood and even for the low price its NOT WORTH it. The staff are rude and slow. The dentist the free clinic is atrocious. They do not give full information that is needed to the patient. Its is a un clean place, i did not see anyone cleaning up before patients were seated or anything. There is no privacy, the humans behind the counter are loud and not keeping proper HIPPA Regulations, when others in the waiting room are around and can hear private information. I hear things I shouldn't have, I was not told all the info i needed prior to my visit. This is NOT the place for sophisticated people with standards towards their health, dental or otherwise. For people who are lower income they still DESERVE BETTER TREATMENT.

Mary at KC Care dental is the worst. My debit card had unknown charges on it so I had to order a new one before my appointment. She refused to see me because I didn't have the cash. Rather than bill me?!?! They wanted to reschedule for like 3 months down the road. Time is money and I would rather pay more money than have to deal with terrible people. Mary, I hope you have an awful day.

Absolutely love this "Dental Office". Staff and Dentists are very KIND, explanative, and NOT out to do a ton of unnecessary work on you. And they won't (unlike the V.A.) break other teeth or your jaw as if you're a "Head of Cattle"..If you're reading this you probably don't have insurance. Being during the height of recovering from a PLAGUE that someone let loose upon the world, my "Walk In" was not crowded at 7:30 a.m. Research should give all that work here a raise, no matter how their paid. Unlike "Strip Mall" ASPEN who WILL try and pull ALL of your teeth and charge you $9,000 for work you DON'T NEED. Thank You to all that work here!
