Went in today to get a Styrofoam wig head and the head mount, both employees answered my question quickly and very politely. The second lady even lead me down the isle to find both items. The store is very very well kept and the staff was absolutely LOVELY, one employee even gave me tips to care for my wig and gave me an inexpensive website to buy lace fronts! Will come back very soon.

I had the same rudeness when I went... after my online order was only half way delivered...and no response from my email to customer service..so good luck there!
