Driver stole my package. I was outside installing my porch curtains when a FedEx truck pulls up in front of my house. Driver does something in the back of his truck, then proceeds to drive a couple houses down and then completely drives off. Camera recorded everything!! I figured maybe that wasn't the truck and since my package has not been marked delivered yet, it must be still coming. after while I was sitting in my couch taking a break from outside and I receive at text notification at 2:14pm saying my package was delivered at the front door with a picture of delivery but it's only a picture of the back of the truck.....no movement on the camera around this time. I can literally see out my front door and no one was here. I have to no wait 48 hours for someone to "look into" this. Do better FEDEX!!!!!

I need to be able to call a particular FedEx office at a particular location and address. All calls get routed through a computer with no way of getting a human besides the overseas outsourced personnel who are unable to help with anything that really matters.

FedEx is consistent at being unreliable and completely uninterested in delivering packages to where they are supposed to be within a reasonable timeframe. My package was on the truck, scheduled to arrive two days ago "by 8:00pm" but by 1:45pm it was marked as being back at this facility "Not delivered/not attempted." The next day, it was again on the truck, scheduled to be delivered "by 8:00pm" and with required signature, but again, by 5:45pm it was back at the facility "Not delivered/not attempted" even though someone had been at the house able to accept the delivery the entire day. Again the truck didn't even come to the address. And the only way to contact someone at that specific facility who might be able to help you actually get your package is to drive all the way across the city to the facility, hoping that the package is not out on a truck somewhere and that they will actually give it to you if it is actually at the facility. This is not the first time I have had this kind of issue with FedEx. It has become a pattern I have seen while living at several addresses.

Good Luck. No

Call FedEx directly and see what they say
you have to go through 1-800-GoFedEx to be transferred to the distribution center.
If the person you interviewed with gave you a card you can always and Say that you are doing a follow-up call after your appointment. This shows that you are still interested in the position.
Like Denise said, this kind of info will be provided by the company. It depends also on how much you want to pay and how fast you want the package delivered
I don't understand the situation of free shipping. But anyway, both work depending on the situation
