Some of the employees in this store are efficient and really care. Some move like snails. The turn over is great and training is always happening. I am sure the pay is low and they are on their feet all day long. I like these kids, so hate to complain... But some of us are in and out between appointments and we must be on time to our next, and we don't have a choice but to wait for a receipt. We can also be financially penalized by not returning documents on time and we MUST have a receipt that shows the TIME OF DAY that we dropped off. I've seen long lines move fast and I've seen 3 people stand in line for 20 minutes without moving due to pokey customer service or lack of training. The inconsistency is IMPOSSIBLE to plan for. When we are shipping items that are packaged with prepaid labels, we should NOT have to wait for 15 minute Amazon returns ahead of us. This store NEEDS a self check out option or at the very LEAST, a scanner that can give a receipt and safe place to leave the package until the store personnel can get to it. And as I've stated before.. When the line is out the door, ZERO planning has been put in place to accommodate those of us with chronic pain. It could ONLY HELP the store clerks to NOT have to deal with the pre-paids until a slower time. SELF CHECK OUT!!!! GET IT!!

I normally love this location due to the great customer service, that was not the case today. Deja helped us and she was pretty rude from the start. I have never been asked for my id to send a package or harassed about what's in my package. I know the normal, is it hazardous, illegal etc etc, but she was very admitted to know what was in my little 6" x 6" box. Then I waited to ensure she taped my box and she kept saying" you're all done, thank you"!! I'm waiting till you tape my box. Thank you...

Called for a quick question on Corporate Package shipments. Store Manager (her) replied with following answers: 1. I am Not sure if we do Corporate Packaging 2. When I requested if she could check--said No 3. When I asked --if I could talk to another Store Manager--she said --No 4. When I asked her if another person from the store-could call me-she said -No 5. When I asked for her name --she said--No 6. When I called another different store---person told me all ups stores could do that 7. When I called Customer service to file complaint---the agent took my complaint but told me its on Store Managers to return calls on filed complaints---and there is nothing that they could do action wise --------Start Trend---on Twitter----------#boycott UPS"

Wish I could give the manager and establishment 0 stars. Called yesterday in advance to ask if the notary was available, was told he would be in until 5 PM. Headed down there and waited in line for 15 minutes to be told that the manager (the individual who does the notary service) “stepped out”. According to the employee he “steps out often”. When asked when he would be back she replied that he wouldn’t be. Oooooooook. This is after she went to the back and checked if a notary could be done where I saw her talking to someone, most likely the manager himself. On top of that she refused to give me the managers name. Last time I checked it’s the managers job to take care of the establishment, which I guess technically he is doing from the comfort of his small office.
