The night service was great, our rooms were next to each other. The other room's A/C didn't work, so she moved them to another room. That room had plumbing issues, but due to the lateness, they stayed. The next morning when I went to get breakfast, the customer service guy, Bruce Miller, refused to let me in with my Service Dog. He also refused to give me a printed receipt.

Room was clean, and had all the customary appliances and gadgets. Pool was a bit dirty, but on a hot day we gladly overlooked the bugs. Pet friendly was a plus, and staff was friendly. Close to the freeway was nice, for just an overnight stay.

When I booked the hotel I thought the hotel would be a little cleaner but it wasn't what I expected. The towels were torn, the room was old, the a/c didn't work properly, our fridge didn't close all the way and my cousin got some bug bites. I'm disappointed that it wasn't as clean as I expected it to be.

So, it was advertised to have breakfast and it was a bag breakfast… the place is going to be updated but really it was pretty run down… the pillows were strangely folded in two so it wasn’t until 1.2 way thru the night we realized how to open them… the staff was really nice, but not worth the 150 we paid
