I really hate to complain like really I’m the type to just eat my wrong order just so I don’t have to go back, and I’ve never even written a review before but I really felt this was necessary. This is the absolute worst Wendy’s location I’ve ever been to and I’ve been around lived near it for 2 years and I can confidently say I’ve never once been satisfied with this Wendy’s. They get your order wrong everytime, service is horrible and it’s like they forget how to make sandwiches because everytime I get the same thing, it always comes out different. Wendy’s if your reading take it from me a valued customer of yours. Get rid of management at this location maybe even the whole staff and rehire and train new employees this location desperately needs it.

Very busy. They don't have the straws or napkins and ketchup or salt packets out. Which is understandable but they don't give you the stuff unless you ask. There are no trays, so getting rid of trash can be dirty and a hassle. The food was great!!

Waited 20 min in drive thru, the nuggets were not hot, 1 was hard and about 1/4 sized. Ordered a med frosty, they were out of cups so it was a large frosty cup but only half filled. The chili has no liquid, super cooked down and so thick it doesn't move when you tilt it. Had to ask for sauces and crackers. Did not get a receipt.

The food is always good here but sometimes the bacon is not. Everytime I have to ask for the missing part of my order. I have a child with sever allergies and I have to ask many times for food to be prepared a certain way and they don't get it right. My child can no longer eat there from mistakes they keep making.
