I received a chicken sandwich, and when I opened it up the lettuce was old and brown. Disgusting, how can you serve a customer that? Never again coming here

No you go back and show and tell them what happened and what can be done, I am sure they will give you a another one better. But seriously report it because of health hazards and safety. plus the customers are always right.
