I went in today and got my eyelashes done every one was very nice Laura greeted us right when we got in and was very respectful. My eyelash came out super nice and I will definitely be back.

The new location in Fontana is not as nice as the old locations. Behind a boutique and no place to sit while waiting for appt. The person who did my lashes had to go back and fix them. The lashes didn’t look as natural as they have in the past. Actually last visit was in May. And my trips to have lashes done were sporadic due to commute to get to your locations. Since 2017 I have probably had my lashes done less than 15 times by your business. Lashes are for everyone who wants them. I see your comments to customers experience and instead of doing better you get defensive and attack your clients. That is really sad. Good luck on your duel business and yes I will pay more for a better customer experience. Good luck

The girl did a horrible job on my Lashes, when I left it feel like wood was In my eyes. I paid a waste of money I had to take them off. BECAUSE I CALL BACK THE SAME DAY YOU WANT TO CHARGE ANOTHER $20 FOR WOOD IN MY EYES. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING
