Mullens is the best florist I've ever been to they are always nice and friendly and tell me the price up front and I've had them deliver flowers to my house and to Texas and Missouri and they always do a fantastic job getting them there on time and the flower arrangement are just beautiful I have been going there for at least 20 yrs because they are a great florist

Two days after I received these roses, they were dying. This is the second time we had a problem like this. Told my husband to stop buying from them but he gave them another chance. Now he knows not to order from them again.

May 10, 2022 1:15pm Hi, my name is Ron Smith. I planned a bit late to have flowers sent for Mother's Day. I immediately ran to my "Fontana go-to florist" on last Thursday for the Mother's Day delivery and was told that they were booked up until Monday! Well, I started searching florists in Fontana in the midst of sheer pressure. I researched and decided on the local florist with the most positive reviews and best online presence, Mullen's Flowers. I asked for and received a Saturday delivery of flowers for my wife for the next day, Mother's Day! After the call, all of that pressure was relieved due to receiving outstanding customer service from the lady who assisted me. Saturday before noon, the doorbell rang with a lady standing there with flowers!! I opened the door, she greeted me and told me why she was there. She was more than professional in her approach, her greeting, and even asking my approaching niece if she was my wife. I received the flowers directly at the door, handed the flowers to my niece who then took them upstairs to my wife as she worked in the home office. The flowers and the vase were way more than expected. I even took note on the colors and how delicately they were arranged. All I could utter was WOW! Needless to say, my wife was elated with the flowers. I couldn't wait to contact Mullens Flowers directly to express how I felt. On Monday I was very busy with work, but on Tuesday I contacted them and a gentleman answered. I asked for the owner or manager and he stated that was the owner, so, I explained to him that in these days and times that customer service is extremely rare, and that with the exemplary display of excellent customer service that I received over the phone and in person, his employees could write "the" book on customer service. I personally learned customer service from growing up as a child until a young adult in my brother's local neighborhood Pharmacy where he and his partner canceled private, state, and county health insurance within the 2nd year over a 55 year span of doing business. Yet, customers, who had health insurance, were in line as the Pharmacy opened their doors daily 7 days a week. My brother and his partner both refused credit cards, they only received cash. That Pharmacy became the only one in CA in that arena. The reason why there were so many loyal customers was that each and every customer was consistently met face to face with a genuine greeting, no matter their age or social status. I KNOW good customer service when I experience it and took that training into the workforce for the next 48 years. So, I always speak up when I receive exemplary customer service or when I receive poor quality customer service. Let it be known that on Saturday May 6, 2022 before noon and on today at 1:15pm that I, Ron Smith, received the most bountiful experience of genuine professional and empathetic customer service that I could have received in a life time and for this, I thank God Almighty that there are people within Mullens Florist who know exactly how to treat fellow human beings. May He continue to bless Mullen Flowers from this day forward. In return for this review, I look for nothing at all other than to sincerely hope and trust that the customer service tradition laid down foundationally coupled with the professional floral product arrangements at Mullens Flowers shall be are honored, respected, and diligently carried on from Generation to Generation. Ron Smith, Fontana resident who has finally found my real "go-to Florist" and who won't hesitate to steer all of my friends there!
