Breakfast was very good! The employees were very nice. Hotel needs a lot of repairs and updates. Quality control is majorly lacking. Sheets had stains. Mildew in shower. Toilet seat loose. Blackout curtains were ripped. Business center not operational. Hot tub closed. Pool was murky and cold. Rust and grime in the pool area. Vending machines were out of everything. TVs we’re ridiculous to use, remote only worked using channel down button. Overall just needs updates and repairs considering the cost per night. Not something the employees can control, they were very nice and helpful. Corporate needs to step in and make some plans.

My family and I (4 separate bookings) reserved our stays here months in advance. All of us had various issues. My parents experienced billing issues that they had to wind up calling corporate to fix because the front desk was unable to help. One of my sisters experienced cleanliness issues in her room. The other sister was downgraded and not informed until she was checking in. I was given the wrong accommodations and though they offered to get me into the correct room type the next day, I would have had to completely pack up, leave my things in my car all day while we attended our function, then haul it all back in. They offered no help with this, so I chose to stay in the incorrect room. All of us smelled marijuana throughout the hotel during the whole stay, and we had rooms across all three floors. This was supposed to be a smoke-free property. The one thing I can compliment is the breakfast, which was great both mornings we were there. During our next family function, we will all be booking elsewhere.

Stayed thru a snow storm and was very happy with the staff and stay. Internet worked awesome. The breakfast was incredible top notch. The cleaning staff were always hard at work when guests would check out. Regularly walking distance to Walmart if you need something. Taco bell is right there. I greatly appreciate this location.

This is a very clean hotel. The staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfast is competently made. The room's aesthetics leave a bit to be desired. Could use some brightening up, as it reminds me of 70's era Soviet decor. Bed could have used some better support and the sheets are paper thin.
