I felt sorry for the young girl at the front my first visit but they are very unprofessional I tip her thinking it would make her day better. My second visit she look at me about 10 times before she even attempted to walk over and acknowledge me. Acknowledgment goes a long way. FYI COVID is still very real and they do not use gloves. This will be my last visit.

Ordered my pizza online then when I go to get my pizza it's a box of half eaten pizza, when I go back the girl in the front is rude to me like I messed up her pizza. I was already mad because I drove all the way home before I realized my order was wrong but we all make mistakes. But the bad attitude really upset me. The nerve!!!!! This will be my last visit. Then when I go back they give me the same pizza. Disgusting. Poor customer service. I made sure to let every customer I passed know to check your food. A customer inside asked me if they get my order wrong often and I was sure to let her know they do. I would fire her and the older woman answering the phone she has little to no customer service either. I'm sure they're running good employees away. She didn't have no gloves or mask.

They fired the manager and then the store went downhill. Staff there are totally un professional because there are just kids there. They are very rude and they messed up my delivery and then lied to my face and told me that I gave the wrong address for my pizza profile clearly states my address and I've never had a problem ordering there in the past the last eight times I've ordered from this store. So I now go to Papa John's on Broadway.
