I cannot believe that IHG or Holiday Inn would allow their name to be associated with this "motel". -Keys to rooms don't work, so have to have desk clerk let you in your room if you leave it. -No microwaves in the rooms so it's either go out or order in, especially since their in house restaurant is only open when the staff chooses to open it, and only serves 4 items on the menu if they are open. Breakfast is only served 3-4 days a week maybe. -No liners in the trash cans due to it being an unnecessary expense. -No a/c in the hallways or elevators to save money. -The pool has been out of order for an extended period of time, according to staff. -No luggage carts to assist getting your luggage into your rooms, must be carried by hand, God forbid you're staying more than a couple days such as I was supposed to. I've had better accomodations at a Motel 6, at least they leave the light on for you. Special Note to the Owners: You're right next to a major airport in a city that does Millions in business every single day, which means business travelers who expect certain amenities from their lodging, you can guarantee I will be contacting IHG and letting them know how you're destroying their name and reputation.

Awful to say the least. Found roach in bathroom and notified staff. Only thing I could do was move to a new room. New room had electric outlets that were falling out of wall, water damage, and AC was not working properly but didn't "see" anymore bugs. Very poorly kept facility that ownership isn't investing in anymore, very run down. Had airport shuttle that was ok and reason I booked there. This is becoming more common at IHG properties (Spire/Diamond Member) and moving my standard bookings to another chain. Save the headaches and avoid, I won't stay there again.

Positive: Front desk courteous Bed and pillows comfortable Negative: Requested housekeeping 6 times to clean room and fresh towels and housekeeping left without doing so. Front desk brought fresh towels. Our trash was overflowing. We stayed 2 nights without housekeeping assistance. Plus no microwave in room, inconvenient
Cruising people
No one to answer phone. So, no shuttle from airport. Had to take $10 taxi. No manager to complain to about it when we arrived. Was told there was a restaurant on site. There was but not open the day we stayed. Swimming pool closed. Thought there would be free breakfast, but, all there was offered was a $10 pitiful buffet. The lady working the area was sweet, but, we weren’t buying that breakfast.
