Honestly it's because of Emily! She is an amazing massage therapist! She pays attention to your request and has really helped me with some stiffness I was experiencing in my lower back from my surgery. Truly thankful it has helped in my recovery.

Interacting with Spavia has been nothing but frustrating. I went in for a facial one day and they convinced me to sign a contract for a "Ultimate" membership for 109 per month, and said if I did that my facial would have a reduced cost of $109, so I though sure, why not. It was a three month minimum and I could cancel after that . 1. Month 1-They double charged me for my first visit and I had to call and email multiple times to get it the second charge taken off. 2.month 2- when I arrived for the appointment it took them 15 minutes to find me in the system. When I left my facial they attempted to charge me $139 for the service when I had already established I was a member and this was my monthly service I had been charged for. I had to spend 15 more minutes waiting for them to figure this out. We verified all of my information, they found me in the system, so I thought it was all good 3. I drove 40 minutes today for a massage. They don't have me in the system. At all. I spoke to the manager Gary and while he was pleasant enough he made no effort to remedy it. Just "you aren't in the system." So I forwarded him an email showing him my first charge with spavia. Apparently they STILL has my phone number in incorrectly and they also had no one to do my massage. That's right, a massage parlor who has no available masseuse. I scheduled a month prior. They called the wrong phone number to let me know. No offer to give a free voucher, nothing. But honestly I don't think I'd want to go to them again even if it was free. So they are canceling my account and refunding my money for this month. I wish they'd refund my gas for 6 bucks a gallon I wasted driving to them. I would not recommend this place. It's supposed to help you relax and all it has been for me is a pain.

Kathryn is the absolute best esthetician! I think she makes every time I go into Spavia magical! Update: Just got charged incorrectly on the wrong card. Also one of the last times I was there the front desk person checked me in as a no show… when I was waiting for 20mins. Customer service in the front desk has definitely gone downhill. Hopefully they don’t lose any of their amazing massage therapists or wonderful estheticians.

Yes, both the men's and ladies locker rooms have a shower. There is also a retreat area to relax in and sip herbal tea or water before and after your massage.
