I called to have my phone screen fixed, they said they didn't have the part, but they could order it if I came in. When I asked if it was truly necessary for me to come in just for them to order the part, they hung up on me.

LOVE this place. I had to go twice and both technicians were a pleasure to work with. Great service with kind and personable people. Seems rare these days so I was incredibly appreciative and impressed. Shout out to Mr.Jared Miller. It is so rare that I leave a store with this feeling - I was happy my phone broke today because I got to meet Jared. Not only did he miraculously fix my phone - he made my day! Gives me hope for our world when I meet a young man like Mr. Miller.

These guys are amazing! I went to this location since they had my screen in stock, unfortunately that screen was defective so I had to wait for a new shipment. They were always very helpful and informative when I called to get updates and when I dropped off and picked up my phone. The delay was out of their control, but the customer service and fix itself was great. I would totally recommend them, I am glad I made the drive out there. THANK YOU!! :) Also parking is not fun but the first 15 min are free in the lot across the street, which is plenty of time to drop off or pick up.

They do offer repairs for game consoles, but it is better to call them and see exactly what they can do/what parts they have on hand for said repairs.

Download the Google Files app. It will analyze the data you've got on your phone and clean up old files. You can also go in the settings of the phone (two finger swipe from the top, then click on the wheelcog), click "device maintenance" and then "storage" on the bottom of that screen. You can then click on SD card and see what data takes up space, and remove things if needed.

Yes they do. Excellent service from my personal experience. I had an iPhone 6S with water damage and they provided a free analysis before fixing it. Just walk-in and give them your phone, no appointment or purchase necessary.
