Be wary of these guys. I have been a member since its inception and have since passed into the senior bracket. Did I ever get a break for my loyalty? No. Instead fees climb every year but nothing improves. I learned through the grapevine that initiation fees were being offered at hugely discounted rates and monthly membership at half what I am paying. Then to cancel, one has to go through the corporate office and they demand 1 month's notice. Not 30 days but a full calendar month. So if you terminate on the 3rd day of the month, you will pay fees until the end of the following month.

This gym continues to go downhill. I'm a member still because of the pool but they are making it as difficult as possible. Some recent items: 1. They changed masters swim from free to pay for with 0 notice and make it extremely difficult to use the pool outside of normal working hours because of the kids swim program and masters swim 2. They continuously have maintenance issues: The women's locker room ceiling fell in and closed half the locker room 3. They reduced the clubs hours and won't reinstate them post-covid restrictions. When I asked at the front desk if there were any plans to re-look at the hours opened I got a blatant 'no' They will continue to charge more and more money and reduce services.

Love this place!!! Do it right, get a personal trainer right when you join. My personal trainer, Tristan is amazing. He's been working with me for 3 weeks now and I've lost 7 lbs! He pushes me and it amazes me to see I'm capable of much more than I ever thought. He's also extremely compassionate. As a beginner, at times I would be down on myself for not being more fit, and Tristan would respond intelligently with nothing but kind and motivating things to say. His interpersonal skills are on point and it makes a huge difference. It makes working out fun. This experience here has been life changing. Thanks CAC and big thanks Tristan! Also the staff are so incredible kind and all welcomed me as a new member. Thanks Matt and Kennedy and everyone else that works here!
