The people who deliver the mail need to be trained better or they need to quit. They obviously don’t know what outgoing mail is. I’ve been having a lot of problems with them lately. What’s the point of having a mailbox if I have to go personally go drop off and pick up mail. Waste of time.

I’ve not received packages for the fourth time now. I got a P.O. Box for convenience and it’s anything but. I’ve tried communicating with the front desk after confirmation that my package was delivered to the post office and I’m told, “not here, sorry.” B no resolution or assistance. I’ve had amazing customer service every other location but Cole. AVOID!!!

Is it general delivery or a p.o. box?
You can ask your mailman for a form to fill out, although not all carry them. Otherwise, you must go to the office and fill one out.
The downtown location is open from 10am to 2pm.
The window section is closed.
Just write deceased on it and put back in box with the flag up for your carrier to pick up.
