Kerasys shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You can buy some at the spa.
There are plenty of co-ed areas for couples to relax together. The only places limited for couples is inside of our gender separated Korean style bathhouses. Aside from that, couples can utilize the juice bar, lounge areas, yoga, media rooms, restaurant, and 5 dry saunas all while staying together. As for couples massages, they do offer couples massages for no extra cost. Just be sure to request it when booking two massages. As for couples body scrubs, they don't currently offer that. The body scrubs are performed inside of the men's and women's bathhouses and are done in a semi-private section, apart from where all the soaking tubs are.
Their site says "All guests, including transgender guests, have the right to access the spa in a manner consistent with their gender identity and gender expression. • We expect all members, regardless of gender identity, to show respect for others so that all members may have a peaceful and pleasant experience." !! Hope that helps
No, you do not have to wear a mask to enter
All day, as long as you are there. But you cannot leave and come back - no re-entry.
Fully naked... It was truly an experience. I felt like a piece of meat being cleaned before cooking..lol
No
It's 55 dollars to 145 dollars. From 30 to 100 minutes.
Absolutely
The steam room is located in the bathhouse within the locker room area.
They have 3 hot tubs and 1 cold tub, all 3 are different temperatures.
When I went they requested proof of vax
Hi, i can help answer that for you. Yeah, the men's body scrub is done in the men's bath house by the men's scrub technician.
Yes all saunas are open, the common area hot rooms are open with the door being kept open and masks being worn. In the bath areas there is no restrictions for the saunas door being open or masks being worn.
They have both options. All day admission is like $37. Not sure how much the packages are, but they're discounted from the regular admission prices.
Locker, bath house, restaurant, sleeping zone,. Etc
This fee includes full day access to the bathing area, lounges, juice bar, restaurant and sleeping room, not just the saunas. This is also the discounted price because the saunas are closed. It's a price that's more than fair for what you get.
hey! they range anywhere from around 120 degrees to 150
Nope
outside area
Yes.
No, closed
I believe that the menu is on their website. They also have a menu posted on site
It is a fantastic spa, yes to your question, plan to spend a couple of hours to fully enjoy the facility
No, the jacuzzis are women or men only in the respective locker rooms. Clothing needs to be off in all tubs, however you may walk around/sit in a towel in the dry and wet saunas. The co-ed area is different types of saunas as well as relaxation area with couches and food.
No there is a common area.
It all depends for how long you want the massage. For example, my husband and I went for an hour massage, the cost was $95 per person. And, there is a $40 dollar admission per person on the weekend, on the weekdays is a little bit cheaper. Hope this help! Check their website too.
you should call I dont know
Co-ed in clothed areas, full nude in private areas. There are separate men's and women's locker rooms and bathing areas.
$45 entry on weekends (Fri-Sun) Same throughout the week, however, there is a Groupon deal for $25 entry fee (Mon-Thurs) Either way it's worth the money
Yes but not in the full Nude areas
No there are not
You may wear a towel in the nude areas but not into the tubs. Culturally it is normal to be in the nude in the steam/hot tub areas. Covering up may actually make others feel uncomfortable. Nonetheless, people walk around in the nude areas both with and without towels.
No
There body scrub is $55-$145 depending which on they give you but do have packages at an excellent price for a body scrub with either a foot massage or facial.
Hello! As everyone said, you may stay for as long as you'd like. However, once you check-out, there is no re-entry. Friday and Saturday night, you may sleepover for an additional $10 fee that is applied at 2:00 AM. We hope you can visit us soon!
No they provide you with shirts and shorts for use inside the spa. Inside the locker rooms and worldpools area no clothing required/ allowed
Use of the open amenities including usage of the sleeping rooms, the baths which are adjoined to the locker rooms, the saunas, the tv room, one locker for clothing, shoe cabinet, uniform to wear around the spa (required) and a bath towel.
General admissions does not require reservations. You can walk in but for special services like massages , facials, body scrubs etc you will need to book in advance because that is subject to availability. You can make the appointment at the front desk as well but you would run the risk of not getting your desired time slot.
No, the restaurant is located in the back of the sauna area and you can't enter the sauna area with out your uniformt. There's an H mart and Korean restaurants in the same shopping center
I paid $100 for a full massage and body scrub. The entrance during the weekend was $29 just for the regular spa services besides the massages which they advise you to preschedule so they have the availability.
