Yourself, they provide clothing
Only yourself. Unless you're staying overnight then a change of clothes and a blanket. They do supply shorts and a tee shirt to walk around in.
Depending if you are staying overnight or not. If you are bring a blanket, toothbrush, face wash and an extra change of underwear. If not you don't need to bring anything since the facility offers towels and uniform to walk around with.
