Can you wear a towel (avoid being naked) in the water (hot tub/steam room/I don't know what else they have) areas? I don't want my guests to feel uncomfortable/forced to be nude.

You may wear a towel in the nude areas but not into the tubs. Culturally it is normal to be in the nude in the steam/hot tub areas. Covering up may actually make others feel uncomfortable. Nonetheless, people walk around in the nude areas both with and without towels.

I wore the towel into the area, but its nude in the tub itself.
