It is a fantastic spa, yes to your question, plan to spend a couple of hours to fully enjoy the facility
But don't let that deter you. The entire sauna experience will leave all your skin baby smooth. You can get a better do it yourself result after 2 hours both relaxation and skin conditioning. Highly recommended and addictive.
