For the body scrub do they give you bottoms to wear and do they cover your chest? Or are you fully naked?

Fully naked, but it's really not a big deal. It's a professional service, very utilitarian. If you prep your skin like they tell you by soaking and steaming after your shower right before the scrub, you will leave with the softest skin you've ever had.
