I have found Her Realtors to be a very effective, reliable and efficient agency who successfully recommended a very able real estate agent to assist me with the sale of my home. Their referral proved to be very thorough in planning the strategy used to sell my home. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their home in a mist expedient manner..

Katie McCann was the best realtor we have worked with (of three, in different cities) and helped us buy a house in a hot sellers' market for under the asking price during a one weekend visit. Despite the inherent stress of the circumstances, we could not have been happier with how smooth and calm the process felt. We are very happy we chose to work with Katie and would definitely recommend her to others.

My husband and I purchased our first home through Sarah in 2016. She was great to work with! She was very flexible with meeting times and took us through the process with ease. She was super knowledgeable regarding the process and walked us through each step with such patience and kindness no matter how many questions we asked. The market was particularly fast moving when we were looking but she didn't let those external pressures rush us. She always gave us ample time to discuss among ourselves and think it over. We highly recommend working with Sarah and plan on it for our future needs!

The community of Clintonville is named for the U.S. Vice President, George Clinton. The Bull family purchased much of the farmland to use for religious services. The Clinton Chapel, constructed in 1838, served as a stop on the Underground Railroad over the next two decades. Despite buying the 600 acres of land to farm, the family began to notice there were no businesses around, making the management of the farm difficult. In an attempt to draw others to the area, the Bulls built businesses along the toll road in the center of Clinton Township. By the early 1900s, housing developments were built on the surrounding farmland shortly after the extension of the streetcar lines northward from Columbus. Many downtown Columbus residents and professors built summer homes in the area, further developing the area.
