Do not bank with them.. after paying off a credit card completely someone they charge interest on it and even though on their website my balance showed zero they went ahead and impacted my credit score for something they did and now they are stating they will “”try”” to fix it WORST CREDIT UNION EVER!!! Dont bank here

That time I did something

Opened an account with KEMBA recently will not let me use my card says my account has been deactivated yet I have 795 in the account the customer service is absolutely garbage I called 4 times in one day to get my account fixed KEMBA is a joke and I will be dropping this bank asap DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!!!!!! Chase or Huntington are way better

We have left this credit union for several reasons. No human to process a cash deposit. Will take you 20 minutes plus if you have a large deposit. A bank transfer within in-house accts has a max per day of $1,000.00. Unacceptable.

I paid $1144.04 in June to pay off my loan. Then in July they sent me a statement for $4.67. I paid that. Today, I just got another statement for $.01! That's right - 1 cent! Seriously??
