Good dealerships as a whole but the service department needs to get a lot better when it comes to getting things replaced that’s under warranty instead of NOT contacting us as promised when a warranty part comes in to get replaced , instead of sending it back just to order the same replacement part all over again , wasting our time waiting on them to do there job in the first place , this is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars cause of all the non-sense run rounds we have been getting on getting a 20 inch rim replaced on a 2020 Toyota highlander for 6 months or so !! To me all of the service department doesn’t want to do there job they are getting paid to do !! As of today they had to reorder the rim so they can call us when it comes in again, maybe this is will be an eye opener to this dealership which Toyota Corp will be getting involved if nothing is done this go around !!

The Dealership's Finance Dept. Could tell you. Many factors go into an interest rate: The type of vehicle, new or pre-owned, the length of the loan matters, the down payment the credit report matters not just the score. Things like payment history, debt to income ratio, how loans were paid back in the past etc. Some banks and credit unions do not use the same credit bureau as there are three of them.
