First off I had an appointment at 11:30 I arrived at 11:20 to let them know I have upper respiratory symptoms so I needed to be tested for flu and covid. They made me sit in a waiting room for an hour an a half then see the doctor. The doctor then gave me vague directions to take a left at the labs then the lab nurse got irritated and said I should have waited in the room. The nurse that did my test got mad at me for coughing and sneezing when she did the test (I wasn't even supposed to be in the building be cause you're supposed to be tested in the vehicle) then they tell me I have to come back for a doctors excuse bc the doctor and nurse went on lunch. Very unprofessional and I see why they have such low stars

They need to get together with their scheduling desk for appointments. I had a appt at 2:45 and it's 4:23 & still haven't even been seen. And all I need is refills on meds.

I would give this place 0. They called to set up an wic appointment for the next day at 8:30am. I get there at 8am and the doors didn’t open until 8:20am. I check in and the receptionist say I don’t have an appointment they will have to see me as a walk in. The building is old and falling apart as well as the equipment they use. When telling the receptionist about my experience all she had to say was don’t take it out on her. They send u a link to complete paperwork minutes before your appointment. I filled it out on my phone, just to get inside to redo it all over. Also, this is for a wic, and I was the ONLY person in the office and I still had to wait. I watched workers walk pass me constantly not even asking if they could help me. I ABSOLUTELY HATE this place.
