Though this wasn’t my first car buying experience this is definitely one I will not ever forget. I am very appreciative of the customer service I experienced with Jay Lockhart and Mr. Jacques Jenkins. The sense of comfort and hospitality I felt is unmatched they made sure to attend to my budget as well as wants when it came to picking out my car. If I could give them a 0, I would. My husband took my vehicle to get serviced and fix a sensor issue. They call us asking if we wrecked our vehicle because that is what messed up the sensor. We bought my Armada brand new from them. I have never been in a wreck. So, they tell us they can’t fix the sensor issue because it was my fault and the bumper to bumper warranty was void. They literally scratched the paint off the front bumper of my car. The scratch was not there before I dropped it off with them for almost a week! So now my car has paint scratched off the front and a messed up sensor. When I asked to see the pictures they took when I dropped my car off, he showed me pictures that did not have a date or time. He then went inside to print off a paper that merely showed the date and time my car was dropped off with them. My husband wanted to see the pictures that he showed me compared to the pictures the general manager took which my husband was there when the pictures were taken. The service manager got very rude and said I am done, love you!
