The staff is amazing, great customer service, the communication was also great when it came to updating me on my vehicle. Highly recommended

Their service department is not honest, lacks communication, and doesn’t care if you are left without a loaner vehicle. Management will hang up on you if you express concern even if you are not being rude and just genuinely upset. They will also not give you their superiors name or contact info and will say, “do what you gotta do” to get it. They even suggested I drive my vehicle in it’s unsafe condition until they can take care of the problem. I have filed a complaint with BBB, and I have contacted the Flowood branches corporate office. Do better!

10/10! Highly recommend Our salesman was Noah Bonsall. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. What I liked most was he talked to us like we were a family friend, giving us suggestions instead of giving us the typical salesman‘s pitch.

Not one to normally post but this was a bad experience. I had an airbag recall so I decided to attempt to get a few other things handled with my vehicle as well (An oil change, and my A/C to be serviced). I even left notes as to what I had been experiencing with the vehicle so they could have a starting point. So, I scheduled an appointment and rented a vehicle on the 19th of last month and I dropped off my vehicle. First, I was never able to get in contact with my actual service advisor, they was always somewhere else when I called so l thought no big deal just a small inconvenience; another advisor was able to pick up the slack. I never received any calls from them, all the information was pulled rather than pushed to the customer. My first call to them after drop off was on the 22nd or 23rd I asked if they've started any work and price estimates (which I received) as I had approved them to work on the vehicle the day that I dropped it off. The answer that I got was that a part for the A/C would be in on Monday the 29th or Tuesday 30th at the absolute latest, worst case scenario and that it would be done the same day the parts arrived (I was assured and reassured of this). So, I took his word. I made arrangements to get there on Wednesday 1500hrs assuming if any plans would be altered that I'd receive a call. I also called the 26th to ask another question and I was placed on hold about 40 mins from closing time and the call magically disconnected exactly 15 min prior to closing(no big deal could've been a bad connection, but I doubt it). Then I arrived at the service department on the 31st and the recall work was done but the A/C had not been touched. The first question that was asked by the exact advisor I had spoken to is, did I sign a form giving them rights to work on the vehicle and I did the same day dropped it off. For some reason their system said the 25th. Of course I remained calm and waited to see what the next plan of action was. Well after 30 mins of waiting he returned and said that the part wasn't in yet and that it would be there on the 6th. Then next was an apology that sounded like more of an excuse stating that 4 guys in parts had quit recently. I agreed to just bring it back when the part came in. Well I called back today and the person I needed to talk to was with a customer so they advised that they could just transfer me to parts. No answer. Maybe it's just the veteran in me but it did not appear very organized or customer oriented.
