I gave this place a shot two different years and 20 and 21 filing and the first time I had to help the lady and do half the math for her she kept messing up got it done they discounted it only 100. Then again this year it went better I asked for a different person but I was missing a form he said we could file and when I got it we can do a ammendment so I did and when I got my letter I tried contacting and he was on vacation no worries so they had another girl help me and message back and forth she said she did it April 30th so I emailed how and when would I know it went through and nothing messaged a couple more times with no reply from anyone then finally June 14th the day after my last message I got a notification the irs accepted my return for a 2nd time still no reply from hr block at all and taxes are still held up 3 months no replies no help recommend someone with a system that works and is experience with doing this and helping others and reply’s to messages

I have been using HR Block for the past 10 yrs. I won’t anymore. Worse tax season preparation by these people. First my file went through multiple preparer's, they missed appointments, I had to follow up with them constantly, and finally they had our refunded mailed(which we never do) and when I called to get support on how to fix this the representative said, “ you approved the filing”. And as I questioned that…that we set it up with the very first representative…she hung up on me. Never again will I use HR Block for this reason.
