Do not recommend at all! Purchased a used vehicle, they broke the passenger seat and door lock sent me to a shady mechanic who did further damage. Returned to the dealership twice for this same repair that was not completed. Promised to have it corrected, still no repair or follow up. Oil change done incorrectly by Bergeron causing oil leak had to fight with them to pay for that to be fixed. Temp tag expired multiple times due to office not submitting paperwork. Then they send me an email to schedule 6 month maintenance only to double back and say they don't service Mercedes. Extremely unprofessional!!!

They use and enforce Covid safety from the time you pull up with your vehicle. They disinfect and wrap the interior of your vehicle at arrival and departure. I'm very comfortable with this dealerships safety practices.

Does this dealership offer drop off service for people who don't want to wait for their vehicles to be serviced?

I doubt it. Was there a week ago. Mostly domestic cars didnt see any fiats, you should call to make sure. Have to make an appointment anyways because of Covid

Where could I find an estimate of and coverage of extended warranties offered by Chrysler/Jeep? Any website advertising these costs after entering milage, year, & make to give a ball park estimate from Chrysler/Jeep would be ok, all W/O phone calls.

What's the point of the complex pricing with Jeep? A discount of $750 if your credit score is 620 or below? I guess I don't qualify. If you are a Realtor....you get discounts. This is nutz.
