The boiler is always out and now have received an email that we will not have hot water for 2 weeks. absolutely unacceptable my lease renewal will probably be higher I am currently looking for other places to live. Where am I supposed to bath? The pool?

I’ve been here for 3 months now and I can honestly say I hate it here. The boiler is always out and on yesterday I received an email from them saying their maintenance has done all they can do but the new boiler will be here soon in 2 weeks. So does that mean we will not have hot water for 2 weeks? 🙄 the gate has been broken for weeks my bedroom window is right by the gate so I have to hear ppl coming and leaving the entrance gate all night. I have spoken to them about this but all they do is say it should be working Monday and it’s been 3 Monday’s but still no fix. I spoke to them about my mail box not having numbers on it when I moved in, 3 months later still no mail box. The ladies in the office seem nice but no results are being made.

I have lived at Chateau Napoleon for a year now and it has been a constant struggle. It is nothing like what it looks like in the pictures. The first day I moved in there were several cosmetic issues. After having my car broken into and my friend’s with zero assistance from staff, I was so frustrated. Both cars were locked. I requested video footage and was told a manager would contact me and never did even after I called again. Several residents were being harassed for money on numerous occasions inside the gate including myself. The same guy is always there trying to scam people for money and yet again nothing done by staff. It doesn’t help that the gate is always broken including right now as I type this. Also having my rent continually changing amounts without explanation, I cannot live here anymore. I pay month to month at the moment and put in a 30 day notice after explaining all these frustrations. I was told I would have to pay a fee, understandable, but they couldn’t tell me what the fee was. Now as I get home I have a paper saying I have to pay over $800 to move out. I would strongly encourage anyone to find a different apartment complex under different management.
