Positives: 1. seamless move in process, 2. regular landscaping maintenance that is done by a landscaping contractor. 3. Mostly quiet and safe for kids 4. Accessible pool area Negatives: 1. Some Rude and unhelpful staff, 2. [Iron Fist] Ruthless if you make a mistake or there was an misunderstanding (no grace, understanding nor compassion) 3. I had roaches 🪳 in my apartment and no pest control ever came. 🤮 4. After moving out, they don’t call you or email to let you know that you have a bill which they will hand over to a collection without notifying you. Overall experience, I regret staying there, I highly DO NOT recommend these apartments. Worst experience I have ever had with any landlord in my history of renting.

I lived at Bellawood apartments for almost 3 years and it was a wonderful experience..It was very safe and the apartments were well kept. The office staff were very helpful and attentive. Mrs. Julie the property manager has always helped with any problem and the maintenance staff were very prompt, professional and courteous...The location was premium and close to everything. If I ever end back up in New Orleans I will definitely come back here in heart beat.

The management there is very deceiving, they lied saying that my 2br would have washer and dryer.. then their is a serious rodent problem we’ve caught maybe about 6-7 in about a course of a week.. and all that would’ve been fine but then those same staff members are rude.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The office is really great in helping you with anything at all. One call away and will do their best to assist you with anything. The community is really quiet and makes you feel right at home
