Pathetic experience with the staff so rude they don't have basic sense how to talk to the people .. very rude and horrible experience.. They take your money for application and never respond you back .. same like other reviews they did mention same thing. This people get money from application i guess .. But staff was very rude

I hope no one rents here because it is the worst place to live. There is currently no cold water in my apartment and who wants to take a shower with scorching hot water? No one! I’ve been calling the office to report this maintenance issue but it directs you to an operator so you can leave a message with your name and number since it’s not an “emergency”. One of the ladies in the office seems to be too busy on her phone to care whenever you go in to report a problem. The whole time you’re talking to her she’s texting on her phone which is super unprofessional.

I’ve been convicted over ten years ago I paid my debt to society I’ve change my ways and change my life around I have a full time job as a plumber been doing it over 10 years now I paid for the application fee I had first month rent and deposit ready to move me and my 19 month old son in but yet I have been convicted again by Leonne apartment complex to relived that stuff again by being Denied housing in my own state it’s Pitiful people deserve a 2nd chance being a single father isn’t easy specially when you is being denied housing.

We love pets! We offer lots of greenspace for walking. There is a $300 nonrefundable pet fee and $20 a month per pet. There is no weight limit, we do have the following breed restrictions and a pet interview is required. Our breed restrictions are, American Pit Bull Terrier, Pit Bull/Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Neapolitan Mastiff, Wolf, Wolf Hybrids.
