Complete waste of money. This place is the prime example of how to never run an institution. A complete disgrace to the community and this great country.

They are the worst at replying to anyone who is in need of rental assistance. I’m in need of rental assistance I mean I’m barely getting my other bills paid for. I applied for rental assistance back on August 29th and I thought I would’ve had heard something from these guys by now but I haven’t. Luckily, I have a little part time job to pay for my rent which always makes in on time but the things that I need to get paid is my lights. I can’t wait to see if they read these comments.

It would be really nice if somebody would answer the phone, or at least return a phone call! Been trying for to call for two weeks! I have left several voice mails!

My mother is 92 years old and need assistance with repairs to her home for water damage from the hurricane Ida. Her wall unit air-condition was drenched with water from water entering into her walls. Can she get help for repairs for her home.

Yes,she should be able to claim it on her insurance to be replaced if it was purchased during or after the storm she can still claim it.
