Not a smoke free hotel. Do not stay here. The cleaning lady is disgusting she cleans room with out gloves and then goes to front desk handing out mail without washing her hands. Dirty property. Always smells like cigarettes or weed. The health department needs to shut them down.

During our transitions between homes, Woodspring provided a clean and safe environment for us to temporarily live in with our 2 young children. Despite the room being small, we were able to comfortably fit the 4 of us in a single room and keep it clean. Cassie and Thomas were more than hospitable.

Bare bones! No coffee, just a basic room. Floors are clean, tiled, no carpets. This is actually better for people in chairs. The hotel is a bit dated, with some minor defects which should have been repaired. They allow dogs, and cats. Dogs barking can be an issue with thin walls. Only two towels per room. X-tra charges for most everything. We will post more after our stay here. Really poor entranceway setup. I have been at better extended stay hotels in the areas. For about $5.00 dollars more, per night, I wold have if the others were not booked. It would have been worth it for the breakfasts alone. All extended stay hotels are blaming covid for their lack of weekly cleaning, now. Cleaning is ONLY every two weeks. :( As I said BARE BONES.

Phones do not work. I complained, and desk clerk said this had been the case for awhile. No remedy. This would seem to be a violation of local government code. TV is also not working but no one to help after 10 pm. Noisy upstairs neighbors but a call to the desk (loud jumping/banging for several hours) resulted in nothing. Jumping/banging continued past 11 pm.
