unfriendly, incompetent staff. the fact that our food took an hour to get out, and a couple who came in after us, got their large order first, wasnt the problem. the staff should have checked up on us to let us know about the delay. this could easily have been a 2 star review, should they have informed us

server stepped on my foot as she walked by, didnt acknowledge it at all because she was busy waiting to get back to the hostess to continue gossiping about the customers that were in the restaurant eating

Went with my family to this establishment and we all hated it. The service is horrible I couldn't get a refill because the staff is busy talking the whole time while I'm trying to wave down someone to tell them that my food was a little cold. If you want non-existent customer service, then this is the place for you. Burger King gives better service, and I hate burger king

The owner/chef was rude to paying customers. Food less than average Prices sky high. The owner needs to learn how to run a business, let alone cook
