Been a customer of windy city grill for a long time. Never had anything but the best food, friendly guys, great service. I do keep after them to get their pizza oven repaired because they also had, hands down, the best pizza in the area.

We gave this place a go for the first time tonight and were NOT disappointed!! All the food we ordered was fresh and delicious with good portions. The beef here is OUTSTANDING and they really load it up for you!! The polish was so crispy and tasty! Definitely the best hot dog/beef joint I've been to in a while

On Saturday my 8 year old daughter asked me what she can do to feel more "mature". I suggested she order food for us and pay for it herself. Everyone who worked there was so kind and patient to her. Been living here almost two years. It was my first time ordering. The food was delicious and they give you lots of fries...Fresh, crispy & salt ratio was perfect. The guy at the register knew some of the customers regulars by name and their orders. He was very friendly and asked everyone if they wanted utensils, extra napkins or condiments. I will definitely be returning.

I am not sure if WCG does that regularly but call the location & speak to the manager. If not there are several establishments that will oblige your request Lou Malnati's,Ricobene's and scores of other Chicago restaurants just look on Google (italian beef sandwiches)
